Tranquility Life LLC offers therapeutic massage and hot stones massage in Crystal Lake, Illinois, along with the add-ons listed on our website.

Massage is meant to help with muscle tension, stress and relaxation. It is not medical care. We don’t diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and massage isn’t a substitute for seeing your doctor. If you’re not sure whether massage is right for you, check with your doctor first. Red light therapy may not be right for everyone, which is why a quick screening is part of your intake.

All massage services are by appointment only, booked through our online scheduling system.

Our Appointment, Cancellation, Payment & Membership Policies are part of these terms. If anything here conflicts with that page about appointments, cancellations, payments or memberships, the Policies page controls.

Prices and offers on our website can change. The price shown when you book or check out is the price you pay for that purchase. Gratuity is not included in service prices.

Payments are handled by third-party providers like Stripe and Affirm. If you pay with Affirm, approval, payment plans and interest rates are decided by Affirm.

• Memberships are billed automatically each month until you cancel.
• A membership can only be used by the account holder.
• Unused membership sessions do not roll over.
• All memberships have a minimum commitment of three (3) monthly billing cycles. A membership can't be cancelled before the minimum term ends.
• After the minimum term, your membership continues month to month. To cancel, we need at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
• Benefits are different for each plan and are listed on our Memberships & Packages page. Complimentary add-ons and extra time depend on availability.

• Packages are for therapeutic massage sessions and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Package sessions are for the purchaser only and can't be transferred.
• Unused sessions expire at the end of the package period and aren't refundable.

Gift card details are shown on our Gift Cards page and at checkout.

• Please give us accurate health information before your massage, and tell us if anything changes.
• Speak up during your session if you need more or less pressure, or if anything feels off.
• We may change, pause or stop a service, or decline to treat someone, if we think it's not safe or appropriate.
• Clients must be at least 14. Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian's consent, as explained on our Policies page.

• Use the site to learn about our services, book, buy and contact us. Please don't try to break it, overload it, hack it, or use it to send spam or false information.
• The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Tranquility Life LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking first.
• We work to keep prices, hours and availability accurate, but mistakes happen. If you spot something that looks off, let us know.
• Our site links to other sites we don't control, and we're not responsible for what's on them.

If you give us your phone number or email and agree to get messages, you’re agreeing that we can contact you about your appointments and, if you opt in, about offers and updates. Agreeing to marketing messages is never required to book or buy anything.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Tranquility Life LLC isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the website, or for problems with third-party services and links. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Illinois or federal law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in McHenry County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you book or buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
