- Birthday-month upgrade: a complimentary 15-minute extension.

- Pause your membership one month per year and keep your rate.
Membership details
Payments are billed automatically each month. Memberships are for the account holder only. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment (three monthly billing cycles). After the minimum, your membership continues month to month and can be cancelled with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. See our Policies page for the full terms.
Complimentary add-ons and extra time are subject to availability. Red light therapy supports relaxation and recovery and may not be right for everyone; a quick screening is part of your intake.

Good to know
- Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Sessions are for the purchaser only and can’t be transferred.
- Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows count as a used session.
- Unused sessions expire at the end of the package period and aren’t refundable.
- Packages are for therapeutic massage sessions.
