Booking & Hours

Do you offer evening appointments?

Yes — I offer limited evening availability on select days, typically between 4–6pm. These appointments rotate and are released based on my schedule to ensure I can provide high-quality care without burnout.

How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for evenings and weekends. Membership clients receive priority access to available appointments.

Cancellation, Late & No-show

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What is your no-show policy?

Missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service price.

Payments, Deposits & Memberships

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit may be required for new clients or select appointments. Deposits go toward your session total.

How do memberships work?

Memberships provide discounted monthly sessions and are ideal for clients managing stress, chronic pain, or ongoing tension.

Do unused sessions roll over?

Unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement.

Your Session Experience

Is deep tissue massage supposed to hurt?

No. Deep tissue work may feel intense at times, but it should never feel painful. Communication is encouraged throughout your session.

Can I talk during my session?

Absolutely — or you’re welcome to remain quiet. This is your time.

Health, Safety & Comfort

Do I need to undress completely?

Only to your comfort level. Proper draping is always used.

What if I feel uncomfortable during my session?

Please speak up at any time. Your comfort, safety, and consent are top priorities.

Location & Logistics

Where are you located?

My practice location is listed on the booking page and confirmation email.

What should I do if I’m running late?

Please notify me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Why do your hours rotate?

My schedule is intentionally structured to support both client care and practitioner wellness. Rotating hours allow me to stay present, focused, and effective during each session — which ultimately benefits you.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All sessions are by appointment only.

What happens if I’m late?

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full session fee still applies.

Does this apply to memberships?

Yes. Membership sessions follow the same cancellation and no-show policies.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major cards and approved digital payments through my booking system.

Can memberships be paused or shared?

Memberships are non-transferable. Pauses may be approved on a case-by-case basis with advance notice.

Do you have a waitlist for services and memberships?

Yes — we maintain a waitlist for both regular appointments and membership availability. If your preferred time or membership spot isn’t currently open, you can join the waitlist and we’ll notify you as soon as a slot becomes available. This helps you get in sooner without constantly checking the calendar.

What if I’m sensitive or have chronic pain?

Sessions are always customized. Pressure, techniques, and pacing are adjusted to meet your needs and comfort level.

How often should I receive massage for pain relief?

Frequency varies. Many clients benefit from bi-weekly or monthly care, especially for chronic pain or stress-related tension.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable. Most clients undress for massage, but accommodations are always available.

Do you work with injuries or medical conditions?

Yes, with appropriate modifications. Please disclose any conditions or concerns during intake.

Is parking available?

Yes, convenient parking is available nearby.
