Appointment Policies

To Provide the best experience for every client, please review the appointment policies below before booking. These policies help protect reserved appointment times and keep the schedule running smoothly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Same-Day Rescheduling

Rescheduling on the same day as your appointment is treated as a late cancellation and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Repeated Last-Minute Changes

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and be required to pay a $75 deposit that goes toward your service at the time of booking.

No-Shows

Missed Appointments

if you do not arrive for your appointment and no notice is given, the appointment is considered a no-show.

No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrival

Arriving Late

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so the next appointment is not delayed.

The full-service price will still apply.

Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be considered a missed appointment.

Membership Appointments

Membership Sessions

membership appointments follow the same cancellation and no-show policies.

Late cancellations or missed sessions cannot be credited back to the membership.
